There is part of you that is perfect and pure. It is untouched by the less than perfect characteristics you've acquired by living in this world. It is filled with divine qualities, so is a constant state of resourcefulness and well-being. Its total absence of conflict and negativity of any sort makes this part of you a Still-Point; a deep, enriching experience of Silence. Make time to practise reaching this inner place of Silence. It will bring you untold benefit.
At the end of the day, on the wings of your thoughts, go beyond the cares and troubles of the world. Remove your mind from everything and everyone, and become blissfully detached, like a star.
Like a star, be free to radiate light, for your essence is light and peace. Enjoy the simplicity of the night sky, the peace. And then, when you want to, you can shoot down to earth.

Quality change is the capacity to transform 'negative' situations, or circumstances, into something beneficial for one's self and others. 'Quality transformers' are people who can turn walls of resistance into bridges of understanding and keep crossing them, who can change any obstacle into a stepping stone of success and can reverse the troubling, paralyzing dragon of doubt and insecurity into radiant self-confidence, dissolving the thought 'impossible' from the mind.
Do not be satisfied with the stories that come before you. Unfold your own myth.
Rumi
Patience with family is love,
Patience with others is respect,
Patience with self is confidence and
Patience with GOD is faith.
There are hundreds of paths up the mountain, all leading to the same place, so it doesn’t matter which path you take. The only person wasting time is the one who runs around the mountain, telling everyone that his or her path is wrong.

Earth, Teach Me

Earth teach me quiet ~ as the grasses are still with new light.
Earth teach me suffering ~ as old stones suffer with memory.
Earth teach me humility ~ as blossoms are humble with beginning.
Earth teach me caring ~ as mothers nurture their young.
Earth teach me courage ~ as the tree that stands alone.
Earth teach me limitation ~ as the ant that crawls on the ground.
Earth teach me freedom ~ as the eagle that soars in the sky.
Earth teach me acceptance ~ as the leaves that die each fall.
Earth teach me renewal ~ as the seed that rises in the spring.
Earth teach me to forget myself ~ as melted snow forgets its life.
Earth teach me to remember kindness ~ as dry fields weep with rain.

Many posts here, have addressed mental aspects of healing ourselves, the idea of 'changing our minds and keeping the change.'  Here are some words, from a dear friend of mine, about getting these concepts into our bodies, down deep under our skin to heal ourselves:

"I've come to understand my approach to pain. To me there are two basic kinds. One kind is benign, no actual further harm is being done to the body. This kind of pain I can apologize to my body for and step out of.

The other kind of pain is not benign and it is signalling me that damage is being done to the physical body and I need to address its cause and clear it immediately to prevent further damage to the structure. This kind of pain requires I find the source and sometimes it requires the help of a physician to do so. This kind of pain requires mental and physical effort to correct. I research and understand the underlying cause then find a loop hole and work from there. If the cause is degenerative discs then I support the body with the needed nutrients and begin to dream the necessary repairs. I have moved out of the Parkinson, diabetic neuropathy range in the healing process and into the repair of the structure range.

My morning walks are always pain free now and by late afternoon I am reassessing as the pain starts to build. The time spent each day dealing with it is less and less, and we are at the NO MEDICATION stage now. That's a big step in caring for the body. I have a running dialogue with my body, continually thanking it for supporting my incarnation and journey. It deserves all the love and care I can give it." ~ Judith

Within us we have the possibility of observing and intervening (interfering) when we wish to; that is, maintaining the balance between being an observer and acting; playing between forming part of the audience and being the actor. On being actors, sometimes we can lose ourselves in the acting of the other in his or her or their dramas; we get in so deep with what is happening to the other that we lose distance. We get mentally and emotionally involved in the other's stories. When our awareness gets lost in those stories, we stop being the creators of our own life and of our own story. This habit exhausts us; we lose energy; we lose our concentration and control over our thoughts and our emotions. We lose our inner peace and we begin to look for it again.
Remember, it is not the name of your faith that is important but the faith you have.  Let us stand together as one encompassing power for truth within the world.  Blessed be.

One day, God was tired of people.
They were always teasing him, asking him things.
Then he said: "I will go and hide for a while."
So he gathered his advisors and said, "Where should I hide?"
Some said: "Hide yourself atop the highest mountain on earth."
Others: "No, hide at the bottom of the sea. They will not ever find you there. "
Others: "No, hide on the other side of the moon, that is the best place. How could they find you there?"
Then God turned to the most intelligent, smiling, replied: "Nestled in the heart of the human!  It is the only place where they will not ever find me! "

I used to think I was poor.  Then they told me I wasn't poor, I was needy.  Then they told me it was self-defeating to think of myself as needy, I was deprived.  (Oh, not deprived, but rather, underprivileged.)  Then they told me that under privileged was overused.  I was disadvantaged.  I still don't have a dime, but I have a great vocabulary.

God made human beings individually unique, yet equal.  For when it rains, we all get wet.

We are all travellers in this world.  From birth until death, we travel between the eternities.

Open to the heart, and the guidance flows. You are not a "decider;" you are an energetic truth. So be the truth you are. Give yourself fully to what is inside of you, and respond to the world from that place. You will not need categories; you will only need truth of connection with deep self. That is the way to discern. Give yourself your own trust. Trust yourself deeply.

Intellect and love are made of different materials.
Intellect ties people in knots and risks nothing,
but love dissolves all tangles and risks everything.
Intellect is always cautious and advises, 'Beware too much ecstasy,'
whereas love says, 'Oh, never mind!
Take the plunge!
Intellect does not easily break down,
whereas love can effortlessly reduce itself to rubble.
But treasures are hidden among ruins.
A broken heart hides treasures.

Gregg Braden - The 7 Essene Mirrors

The Enslavement of Perceived Obligations
(Excerpt from Wynn Free's work)

We can't go through life in 3d without having relationships of obligation.  But relationships of grace do not have obligation attached to them.  Do you have any relationships of grace in your life?  Try to visualize what it would take to have a relationship of grace...

Ra/Wilcock: "We have all experienced these times where we feel obligated to do something for someone, either physical or non-physical.  It is more important to try to be true to yourself, to live up to the ideals that you have already espoused in your dealings with others, and to then expect others to follow their own paths without adopting yours.  The enslavement of perceived obligation knows no bounds within the developing personality, and such is presently the case with so many aspects and facets of your society that it beggars the imagination.  One charged political example would be: If something bad happens to you, then you should seek infinite justice against those who did it, and against everyone who supports them."

This is an excerpt from Chapter 17 of the Reincarnation of Edgar Cayce? The chapter is entitled "Healing the Original Wound."  http://www.returnofedgar.com/

This person, this self, this me, finally, was made somewhere else. Everything had come from somewhere else, and it would all go somewhere else. I was nothing but a pathway for the person known as me.

John Trudell - An Identity Crisis As Human Beings

John Trudell: Let The Spirit Live

There will come a day when people of all races, colors, and creeds will put aside their differences. They will come together in love, joining hands in unification, to heal the Earth and all Her children. They will move over the Earth like a great Whirling Rainbow, bringing peace, understanding and healing everywhere they go. Many creatures thought to be extinct or mythical will resurface at this time; the great trees that perished will return almost overnight. All living things will flourish, drawing sustenance from the breast of our Mother, the Earth.

The great spiritual Teachers who walked the Earth and taught the basics of the truths of the Whirling Rainbow Prophecy will return and walk amongst us once more, sharing their power and understanding with all. We will learn how to see and hear in a sacred manner. Men and women will be equals in the way Creator intended them to be; all children will be safe anywhere they want to go. Elders will be respected and valued for their contributions to life. Their wisdom will be sought out. The whole Human race will be called The People and there will be no more war, sickness or hunger forever."

Clearing clouds by our intention

Clouds are made by water so if you gently tell them your intention, they will listen. Here is how:

1. Find a nice size of a cloud in the sky.
2. Please say "The cloud was cleared.  Thank you very much!"
3. Please stare at the cloud with gentle eyes.

I shall grasp the soul’s skirt with my hand

I shall trample Matter and Space with my horse,

I shall whisper secrets to all mankind.
Farid Ud Din Attar
The heart is the inner face of your life. The human journey strives to make this inner face beautiful. It is here that love gathers within you. Love is absolutely vital for a human life. For love alone can awaken what is divine within you. In love, you grow and come home to your self. When you learn to love and let yourself be loved, you come home to the hearth of your own spirit. You are warm and sheltered.

The honor of the people lies in the moccasin tracks of the woman. Walk the good road.... Be dutiful, respectful, gentle, and modest my daughter... Be strong with the warm, strong heart of the earth. No people goes down until their women are weak and dishonored, or dead upon the ground. Be strong and sing the strength of the Great Powers within you, all around you.

You could study the ancestors, but without a deep feeling of communication with them it would be surface learning and surface talking. Once you have gone into yourself and have learned very deeply, appreciate it, and relate to it very well, everything will come very easily.

Gandhi’s Top 10 Fundamentals for Changing The World.

1. Change
“You must be the change you want to see in the world.”
“As human beings, our greatness lies not so much in being able to remake the world – that is the myth of the atomic age – as in being able to remake ourselves.”

2. Control.
“Nobody can hurt me without my permission.”

3. Forgiveness

“The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.”
“An eye for eye only ends up making the whole world blind.”

4. Action.

“An ounce of practice is worth more than tons of preaching.”

5. The present moment.

“I do not want to foresee the future. I am concerned with taking care of the present. God has given me no control over the moment following.”

6. Everyone is human.

“I claim to be a simple individual liable to err like any other fellow mortal. I own, however, that I have humility enough to confess my errors and to retrace my steps.”
“It is unwise to be too sure of one’s own wisdom. It is healthy to be reminded that the strongest might weaken and the wisest might err.”

7. Persist.

“First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.”

8. Goodness.

“I look only to the good qualities of men. Not being faultless myself, I won’t presume to probe into the faults of others.”
“I suppose leadership at one time meant muscles; but today it means getting along with people.”

9. Truth
“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.”
“Always aim at complete harmony of thought and word and deed. Always aim at purifying your thoughts and everything will be well.”

10. Development.
“Constant development is the law of life, and a man who always tries to maintain his dogmas in order to appear consistent drives himself into a false position.”

Summarized by Dan Fabrizio
Our manners and behaviors often speak louder than words.
A pebble cast into a pond causes ripples that spread in all directions. And each one of our thoughts, words, and deeds is like that.

There's only one corner of the universe you can be certain of improving, and that's your own self. So you have to begin there, not outside, not on other people. That comes afterward, when you've worked on your own corner.

Buddha was once threatened with death by a bandit called Angulimal.

"Then be good enough to fulfill my dying wish," said Buddha. "Cut off the branch of that tree."

One slash of the sword, and it was done! "What now?" asked the bandit.

Put it back again," said Buddha.

The bandit laughed. "You must be crazy to think anyone can do that."

"On the contrary, it is you who are crazy to think that you are mighty because you can wound and destroy. That is the task of children. The mighty know how to create and heal."

Right:
A feeling connected to control, usually at great expense to relationship. Sometimes confused with correct.

There can be tremendous loneliness in the crossover to a soul-centered life. Walking through uncharted territory often means walking alone. This is particularly true in the transition stages before we find our consciousness soulpod. Its like primary school all over again- who will be my first REAL friends? The key is patience. When the moment is right, they come.

We call to them, they call to us, and our angels broker the deal.

Soulpod: That person or group of people whom our soul finds the most resonance with at any given moment. It can include anyone that appears on our path to inform and catalyze our expansion – our biological family, significant figures, strangers with a lesson.

Guide To Your Inner Sanctuary

"Driven by the force of love, the fragments of the world seek each other that the world may come into being...
Love alone is capable of uniting living beings in such a way as to complete and fulfill them, for it alone takes them and joins them by what is deepest in themselves...

The day will come when, after harnessing space, the winds, the tides, and gravitation, we shall harness for God the energies of love. And on that day, for the second time in the history of the world, we shall have discovered fire."

Pierre Teilhard de Chardin
