Clearing clouds by our intention

Clouds are made by water so if you gently tell them your intention, they will listen. Here is how:

1. Find a nice size of a cloud in the sky.
2. Please say "The cloud was cleared.  Thank you very much!"
3. Please stare at the cloud with gentle eyes.
